TREATMENTS

Colonic Hydrotherapy is also referred to as Colonic Irrigation or a Colonic. Colonic Hydrotherapy uses gentle, filtered, temperature controlled water for inner cleansing of the colon, essentially ‘cleaning the pipes’. Over the years, with poor digestive function, the digestive system may not effectively eliminate waste resulting in an accumulation of faecal matter including bad bacteria, mould, yeast and parasites. If stored for too long it leads to an unhealthy digestive environment which may result in symptoms such as bloating, gas, headaches or skin conditions.

The colonic will be done by the medical nurses trained by professional doctors. The colonic treatment will be gentle and done in a professional way.

• An infrared sauna is a type of sauna that uses light to create heat. These saunas are sometimes called far-infrared saunas — “far” describes where the infrared waves fall on the light spectrum. A traditional sauna uses heat to warm the air, which in turn warms your body. An infrared sauna heats your body directly without warming the air around you.

• The appeal of saunas in general is that they cause reactions, such as vigorous sweating and increased heart rate, similar to those elicited by moderate exercise. An infrared sauna produces these results at lower temperatures than does a regular sauna, which makes it accessible to people who can’t tolerate the heat of a conventional sauna.

Abdominal massage is a practice that helps to tone and strengthen the muscles located in your abdomen. This helps your digestive system tremendously.
